Who is responsible

LITE AI LABS, Casablanca, Morocco, is responsible for the personal data described here. For any question about your data, write to contact@liteailabs.com.

What we collect, and why

• When you book a call: your name, email address and anything you write in the booking form. The booking is handled by Cal.com, our scheduling provider. We use these details to prepare and hold the call.
• When you email us: your email address and the content of your message, to answer you.
• When you send a note through the contact form: your name, work email, company (if you give it), what you need and your message, delivered to us by email, to answer you.
• To measure the audience: Plausible Analytics counts visits and a few actions (such as opening the booking page) without cookies and without storing your IP address. We only see totals, never individual visitors.
• When something breaks: an error report (the page, the browser and the error itself, without your name, email, cookies or what you typed), so we can fix it.
• When you use the AI Scoper: your messages are sent to OpenRouter, which routes them to an AI model provider that does not store or train on them, to draft your brief. We keep nothing from the conversation unless you send the brief to us or book a call with it.
• When you visit the site: our hosting provider keeps technical logs (such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested) for a short period, to keep the site secure and working.

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not sell or rent personal data.

Legal bases

We process booking and email data to answer your request and take steps you ask for before any contract, and hosting logs and audience measurement on the basis of our legitimate interest in running a secure website and knowing which pages are useful. Where the law requires your consent, we ask for it first.

What your browser stores

The site stores three small preferences on your device, never used to track you:

• NEXT_LOCALE (cookie, 1 year): the language you chose, so we show the site in it next time.
• lite:theme (local storage): the light or dark theme you chose.
• lite:wordmark-played (session storage): that the logo animation already played during this visit.

The booking calendar is provided by Cal.com in an embedded frame and may set its own cookies needed to make a booking.

Who receives your data

Only the LITE AI LABS team, and the providers that help us run the site: Cal.com (scheduling), Resend (delivery of contact-form notes by email), Plausible Analytics (audience measurement, hosted in the European Union), Sentry (error reports), OpenRouter and the AI model providers it uses for the Scoper, and our hosting provider. They process data under their own contractual and security commitments. Some of them may process data outside Morocco or the European Union, under the safeguards provided by their contracts.

How long we keep it

Booking details and emails are kept for as long as needed to follow up on your request, and at most three years after our last exchange, unless a longer period is required by law. Hosting logs are kept for a short period set by our provider.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, object to its processing, or (under the GDPR) restrict it or receive it in a portable format. Write to contact@liteailabs.com; we answer within one month.

You can also complain to the Commission nationale de contrôle de la protection des données à caractère personnel (CNDP, www.cndp.ma) in Morocco, or to the data protection authority of your country in the European Union.

Changes

We will update this notice when the site changes how it uses personal data, and change the date at the top.
