Questions
Does it reject candidates on its own?
No. It ranks and explains; every decision is a person's.
How do you avoid bias?
Names, photos, ages and addresses are kept out of the scoring, and the pilot compares results across groups.
Does it work with our ATS?
Usually, through its export or API. We check on the call.
